5.1 Personal Use. Your 727pub Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not transfer your Account to any third party.
5.2 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. 727pub will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.3 Unauthorized Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 727pub support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 727pub may suspend the Account upon such notification pending investigation.
5.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 727pub will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormant account policy. 7.1 Eligibility. You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and the absence of any pending investigation on your Account.

16.1 Right to Amend. 727pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
