7.1 Some of 727pub's service providers — including game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and fraud detection services — may process data outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, 727pub ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows.
7.2 Applicable safeguards include contractual data transfer agreements requiring overseas processors to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under the DPA, and processing only in jurisdictions recognized by the NPC as providing adequate protection.
7.3 Where personal data is transferred to third-party game providers for the purpose of delivering live dealer or RNG game content, such transfers are strictly limited to the data necessary for game delivery and outcome verification. Game providers do not receive financial or identity data beyond what is technically required.

14.3 Information on how to file a complaint with the NPC is available at privacy.gov.ph. Complaints to the NPC must generally be filed within two (2) years from the date you discovered the alleged violation.
15.1 727pub may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The updated Policy will be published at https://727pub.net/privacy-policy with an updated effective date.
15.2 Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way 727pub processes your data — 727pub will notify registered players by email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
